Joe`s Fiesta in Pendleton

Not kidding when I say this is the best Mexican food I have ever had!!! .... I'm usually never at a loss for words, but this place has me speechless. Perfectly grilled, tender chicken on the salad. The beef and chicken enchiladas were moist and super flavorful... And the cabbage salsa is one of a kind!.. So sad that we have to travel all the way to Pendleton (3 hours away) for this deliciousness, but we will be back! And Thanks to our waitress, Ariana, for noticing that we were outta-towners and telling us all about Pendleton while we were there.

Great place but the salsa has no substance. Id definetly come back though. 10/10

Very good all around! We are traveling and stayed at a motel pretty close to the restaurant. Dinner was delicious, service was impeccable & I absolutely would come again.

Everything was wonderful ❤️ loved the food so much after having the perfect dinner we went back the next day. EverythingC to perfection 😍 carne asada tacos to die for! Fajita burrito shrimp melts in your mouth! Salsa verde burrito extremely satisfying! Chicken enchiladas make your heart happy! 💃🕺Staff and cook super friendly 💯% recommend eatting here!!!! 🌮

I thought the food was pretty good. Service was fast. I would say most of the food was medium spicy which was a little tough with the kids.

We LOVE Joe. He takes care of his people. The pork chili Verde is top notch and my "go to" always as well as a delicious Pina colada.

The music from the door was amazing and continued until I left the restaurant. The food was splendid, I asked for spicy and they honored my request . The service was stellar and the margaritas 😩 worth it! Definitely coming back this is the spot for mexican food in Pendleton!!!

Food is so good. Never greasy and so flavorful.

Ordered a taco salad to go. Menu states 'in a tortilla shell' which is what is expected and the best part of a taco salad. Did not get a tortilla shell, got a sliver of a tortilla. Totally unacceptable. The ground beef is greasy, which totally wilted the lettuce and instead if guacamole they gave us avocado slices. We also ordered sopappilla and got cinnamon sugar tortilla chips. The enchilada sauce you buy in a can has more flavor than the sauce on the beef enchilada. I am not one for spice, but everything was bland, like they forgot the seasoning altogether. If this is the best Mexican food in town, Pendleton has no idea what Mexican food tastes like.

Ate here for the second time last week. Got the chicken enchiladas, they were great, and decently priced. I also had a tequila sunrise that afternoon and it was outstanding, both in the sense of taste and that I didnt feel the need to "inspect" my drink for anything. The service is wonderful, and all their staff has a great attitude. I'm beginning to prefer this place over Mazatlan. I love the interesting pieces of decor they have in there (the warrior spears are my favourite) and it's clean. (Like so clean that I dont have to question how clean it is.)

The server recommended the Chili Verde Pork platter and it was excellent.

I like the people who work here, very friendly and welcoming. The servers were very accommodating to us. However, my one complaint is that the food is not always served as hot as I would prefer. It's barely warm to be honest. It tastes good but not hot. This time I let server know and they immediately had it warmed up, so quickly remedied.

Outstanding service, even when we came in tired but restless from the road, with 4 adults and 4 kids, nice atmosphere in a really clean setting, and last but not least, GREAT FOOD!

Wow, A great place! I stopped for lunch and had the Chili Verde Pork Burrito. Tender cuts of pork in the green sauce. Scrumptious to say the least. Probably had a yum factor close to 5 stars. The service was superb..
